Returns Policy

We want everyone to love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you’d like to initiate a return, we’re here to help.

We offer a 100 Day Trial for your first purchase. Reach out within the 100 Day Trial and we’ll set up a return. For standard deliveries, products must be sent back in their original packaging. For premium deliveries where packaging has been removed, please reach out to [email protected] and we will coordinate a pick-up with a local carrier partner. Once you send back the product and itโ€™s checked in at our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund.

For the Gift Card and Amenities & Gift Shop items, the 100 Day Trial does not apply. These products are final sale.

For the Hybrid Mattress, we offer the same 100 Day Trial, but because your body can take a few weeks to adjust to a new feel and support level, we ask that you sleep on it for a minimum of 30 days to give yourself the full experience. If after 30 days you’re still not satisfied, please reach out to our Concierge team.

As Premium Delivery is a service, we unfortunately cannot refund the Premium Delivery fee.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for fraudulent or defective returns, such as return label tampering, at our sole discretion. If you are unable to locate your order, please contact our concierge team at [email protected] within five days of receiving your delivery confirmation email so that we can initiate a trace with our delivery partner. We do not issue monetary refunds for lost or misdelivered orders in lieu of replacements.
